ORDERING

After selecting the desired product, please contact us by phone or email. Our sales person will be happy to take your order, or answer any questions you may have.
Agrohof will make sure that you receive your implement as soon as possible. When ordering via Email, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase. To order by phone, please contact the agent for your region or language.

When ordering always provide the following information:
- Billing name
- Shipping address, if different
- Selected product name
- Exact description of options, if apply

After you place an order, we will always send the feedback to the email address you provided!

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Pro-forma invoice: We will send a pro-forma invoice to the email address you provided when ordering. The gross amount in this pro-forma is the basis for the bank transfer for your order.
2. Cash on delivery up to 1.500 EUR or equal, payment by debit or credit card is also possible. In case of debit or credit card it is advised to check your card's daily limit.
3. Cash and card-payment are also possible at our office when picking-up your order in person.

TRANSPORT

For more information on the expected delivery date, visit our website, send an email request, or visit our office or your local dealer.
1. Independent of the shipping method you choose, we will always deliver your purchased goods as soon as possible.
2. Standard delivery within Hungary or within 1h from border. Maximum 4 business days for only HUF 5000 or 15 EUR netto.
3. Standard delivery within European Union. Maximum 5 business days for only € 100 netto.
4. Express delivery (Hungary only or within 1h from border). Next day delivery (guaranteed), when ordering before 12AM (noon) for a net price of HUF 25.000 or 80 EUR
Unless otherwise agreed upon unloading must be arranged by the customer using, for example, a tractor with front loader, forklift, crane or telehandler.
